The Oceanis 58 benefits from new ideas, even though its membership of the range is undeniable; with a longer coachroof and side windows, and a fully built-in spray hood/bimini arch. All lines come back to the helm positions for easier sailing and to keep the living area clear.

The hull is designed to perform with moderate heel. The triple spreader mast takes a fully battened mainsail and genoa in double-ply Dacron as standard. As an option, sails in Hydrant are also offered, as is a staysail, flying or fixed on a furler with self tacking rail.
